Artist Surfaces are proud to launch our new Circle Combi Painting Panels.
Painting Panels have a poplar plywood surface that is sustainably sourced and PEFC and FSC certified.
We bend aluminium box section with a profile bending machine to create circle subframes that will not react to changes in humidity or temperature creating a warp free panel with lasting longevity.
Poplar Plywood is approximately 40% lighter than birch plywood and provides the same smooth surface to work upon.
Poplar Plywood has an attractive uniform tight grain and its white ivory colour and sanded smooth which makes it ideal for painting.
We offer a service to both seal with Golden GAC 100 and Gesso prime our painting panels.
*If you require larger sizes or cross bars, these can be made upon special request.
Circle Combi Panels are suitable for acrylic and oil painting.

Information
Each aluminium subframe is bent by a specialist bending machine which is handcrafted by the technician to create the circle. As such each circle will have a construction tolerance of +/-4mm. Subframes may require two box sections to be welded together which can cause minor shape deviations.
Fabrication Schedule
Circle Combi Panels are a technically challenging panel to fabricate and as such require more time than other panels to create. As such schedules can be between 2 - 4 weeks. *Please get in touch for an estimate if your project is time sensitive.
