Artists Surfaces use aluminium alloy 6082 sheets which are a medium strength alloy offering excellent corrosion resistance. This creates a painting panel that is rigid, light with a smooth surface that does not require any initial sizing or priming before painting. Aluminium will not react to changes in humidity or temperature.
We offer a service to Gesso prime our painting panels.
Our Aluminium Painting Panels are particularly suited for small, medium and large scale sized paintings and are suitable for acrylic and oil painting.
